System Requirements for our Training CD-ROMs:
•Windows: Pentium
•QuickTime 6.0 or later
•Macintosh: Power PC
•Minimum monitor display area of 1024 x 768
Our training CD-ROMs are a stand alone product that do not require that any other software be installed, other than QuickTime.
If you have any difficulties in playing our training CD-ROMs, here are the most common issues with their solutions.
Screen Resolution Size
Studio eWorks Inc training CD-ROMs are designed to be viewed on a screen size of 1024 X 768. If you cannot see the buttons in the lower right hand corner please increase your screen resolution size to 1024 X 768:

Error Messages
Windows-
If you receive an error message when the program tries to launch, you may need the latest version of QuickTime. Go to the apple.com website and click on the QuickTime tab. Locate the link for the current version of the free Windows download.
Screen Goes Black
If you are watching the training and your computer screen goes black but you can still hear the instructor, you need to adjust your Energy Saver settings to a higher number or 'Never'.
